Colin Crofts

Colin is an Owner who has been with Ownet since 2018. Colin has a background of senior level roles in business transformation and process re-engineering, predominantly in Telecommunications and Financial Services. He was key to the instigation and development of Ownet’s partnership with Software AG to provide clients of both companies with support for business transformation and process modelling/improvement. He has extensive business programme and project management experience, including global transformation work and is a PRINCE2 practitioner. Colin is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He is a member of the British Computer Society (MBCS), has a BSc in Business Administration/Computer Science from Aston University and an MSc in Business Management Systems from Warwick University.

Recently has taken the lead in evaluating the impact of new technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain. Leading the AI team in determining how this technology can be used to both provide new/enhanced services to our clients and also how we can take advantage of it within our own operations.
