Emma Oswick

Emma is an experienced big four trained senior finance leader and change manager. She is results oriented with good commercial instincts, working in partnership with the client to address risks and issues to improve outcomes. She transforms finance teams, implementing best practice including intelligent automation, optimising processes and controls and driving business partnership and data led insight. She also embeds change through proactive communication with stakeholders, and delivers and integrates acquisitions. Before joining Ownet, Emma held senior finance roles in listed and PE backed multinational businesses, and she also has a deep interest in sustainability and ESG, particularly in ESG reporting adoption.
