Accelerating the Discovery and Documentation of Important Business Services

Operational Resilience Instrument 2021 which defines the rules that will operate in the Financial Services sector has now been deployed. This requires Financial Services Firms and FMIs to implement their management and control framework and start the first round of testing their important business services by 31 March 2022.

In the third webinar in this series participants will learn how to:

• Accelerate the identification and mapping of Important Business Services
• Ensure objective and accurate capture of the processes and enablers that underpin the Important Business Services
• Create an auditable, sustainable and transparent framework

With less than a year to meet the requirements of the framework, there is a need to start quickly with Operational Resilience projects and ensure they are executed smoothly.
